Hello LR Family,
Tomorrow, students and staff will be participating in wacky wear day. This is one of the days during our Awareness Week. Students will be able to dress wacky and weird. However, they must follow these guidelines:
*If a costumes are worn, clothing should be worn under.
*Their outfits or costumes should be comfortable and fit appropriately; as they’ll be worn all day.
*They should avoid costumes that are too long, are poor-fitting or are too large as these can be a safety risk.
*They can not wear masks or paint their faces.
*No props will be allowed like swords, staffs or any type of toy weapon.
*No inflatable outfits or costumes
*Outfits or costumes should not include anything violent, demeaning, insensitive or inappropriate
*Outfits or costumes should not be used to intimidate other students.
If we deem the outfits or costumes to be inappropriate, we will ask parents to bring a change of outfit. Thank you for supporting our Awareness Week. U-STRONG!
